Alternative Billing Solutions originated November 2008 and is locally owned and operated by Patty Shutt.  Prior to the opening of her company, Patty worked in a Chiropractic office for 17 years.  When the opportunity of working from home for another Chiropractor became available, she worked for that doctor for another 5 years. When that doctor decided to retire, Patty decided to offer her experience and abilities to local doctors through the creation of Alternative Billing Solutions.  Although Chiropractic billing has been her specialty, she also has successfully expanded her practice to other medical offices in the areas of clinical psychology, general medicine, laboratories, orthotics, physical therapy, & neuropsychology.

Alternative Billing Solution’s business philosophy revolves around maintaining a healthy friendship and sense of partnering with all of the providers with whom she works.
